The voucher must be presented in printed or digital form at the entrance to the park. All visitors must be together at the time of exchanging the voucher to place the bracelets

The purchased tickets will be accepted only on Alpen Magic Day and the voucher must be exchanged by 15:00 to make the best use of your passport. The opening hours on this day will be from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m
.To exchange the voucher, it is necessary to present the buyer's document when accessing the park.
The minimum height to participate in all attractions on this passport is 1.30 m.
Restrictions:
People with any of the restrictions below can purchase the access ticket directly at the park box office:
- Pregnant women at any period of pregnancy.
- For user safety reasons, they should not be used by people with heart disease, labyrinthitis, epilepsy, hypertension, seizures, back problems, other medical implications or in poor physical and psychological conditions;
- People who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any type of narcotic.
- People with disabilities must report to the monitors for adequate care.
Operating Conditions:
- Outdoor activities may change in their operation due to the weather.
- The management of Alpen Park reserves the right to cancel activities under any adverse circumstances that jeopardize the physical integrity of clients and operational staff;
- The deadline for exchange/cancellation of the purchase is 7 calendar days, counting from the date of purchase, as established in Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code and must be requested by e-mail savi@alpenpark.com.br
The Alpen Park is located in the city of Canela, 3 km from the Stone Cathedral, on Rodovia Arnaldo Oppitz, 901 - Bairro São João. The opening hours on 12/04 will be from 10:30 to 18:30.
