> Purchased tickets will be accepted only on the date selected at the time of purchase.

Restrictions:
- Minimum height: 1.50m;
- Maximum weight: 120 kg;
- Pregnant women at any period of pregnancy;
- For user safety reasons, it should not be used by people with disabilities, including people with heart disease, with labyrinthitis, epilepsy, hypertension, seizures and back problems;
- People who have ingested alcohol, drugs, or any type of

narcotic.

Operating Conditions:
- Outdoor activities are carried out only in good weather, without rain, excessive fog, lightning, thunder and strong winds;
- The management of Alpen Park reserves the right to cancel activities under any adverse circumstances that may jeopardize the physical integrity of clients and operational staff;
- The collection of tickets must take place at the park box office, a specific ticket counter for exchanging vouchers;

The Alpen Park is located in the city of Canela, 3 km from the Stone Cathedral on the Arnaldo Oppitz Highway, 901 - Bairro São João. Access to the park is free, only activities and parking are charged.

The deadline for exchange/cancellation of the purchase is 7 calendar days, counting from the date of purchase, as established in Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, and must be requested exclusively by the purchaser.
